About Kailee + Cassidy:
I'm a ....
....
I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist, mom to 3, and I'm passionate about postpartum wellness for the whole family.
Postpartum ROCKED me and my partner after our first was born. Here I was, a therapist, and I was completely unprepared for the life-altering changes that comes with having a baby. This experience became my muse for researching, publishing, and then supporting postpartum moms and their partners. I’m passionate about shedding light on the “not so talked about” parts of postpartum...the fears, the guilt, the shifts in identity, the unexpected symptoms like scary thoughts and irritability. I host the podcast Holding Space, where I share my conversations with perinatal experts from around the world and parents who have been through it. I consider it a privilege to hold space for the messy parts of our lives as we move towards meaningful change, and I look forward to connecting with you! You aren’t alone, and you deserve to feel better.
